Nursing Services

Our Nursing Staff includes qualified Registered and/or Licensed Nurses. They are trained in the field of long term care to handle emergencies. Nursing services include:
Health monitoring, including medication
Health Assessment
Medication Administration
Diabetic Care, Wound Care
Weights and Vitals monitoring as per Physicians' order
Coordinating medical care with primary care and specialists
Educating clients as well as families to manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, etc.

Activities

Therapeutic recreational activities is the provision of Treatment Services and Recreation Services to people with illnesses or disabling conditions.

The primary purposes of Treatment Services, often referred to as Recreational Therapy, are to restore, remediate, or rehabilitate in order to improve functioning and independence as well as reduce or eliminate the effects of illness or disability.

The primary purposes of Recreational Services are to provide recreation resources and opportunities in order to improve health and well-being. Therapeutic Recrecreation is provided by trained professionals.

Social Services

Our Social Services Program is created to support individuals who are going through tough times and to ensure that they are able to cope with it.

Our social workers work closely with families and individuals to identify their situation, physical, emotional, and psychological conditions.

One of their substantial roles is to guide individuals who are in their down times.
